Reg. your brother, his Rahu and Kethu have negligible residential strength and from 2002 to 2020, he will continue to have this Depression syndrome and when his Jupiter period starts in Dec 2020, he will come back to normal and will lead a good life. Perhaps wearing a Kada (Bangle) made of Cast Iron could improve his situation. Good that there are indications that you may perhaps find a match using this forum. Best of Luck.
