Hi,
Going by your birth-chart, it looks like you are a hot-headed or short-tempered angry young man. If true, this aspect of your personality is not conducive for a happy marital relationship. Just so you are aware, the hot-headed Mars/Kuja is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the house of hearts (7th house, from Udaya Lagna or Ascendent). It looks like you might not have understood what I was trying to convey. Let me try rephrasing in simple terms…
There are inherent afflictions in the birth-chart indicting hurdles/delays/challenges contributing to delays – thankfully, it does not seem to be a complete denial. That said, it would make sense for you to consider offering special prayers and seeking blessing, as per your religious faith/belief.
