According to me Weakness of Lord Mercury and Lord Venus is causing the issue. Not only that, Lord Mars is also not that Strong. However, Mars’s placement in 5th house, creates Dhanyoga.
However, I still feel, You will have to face bad time up to 2nd half of 2020.
Moreover, You seem to put less effort and waste your time day dreaming. Although, believing in God is utmost needed, but, please do Your duties as well.
Because, You need to wear Gemstones for betterment at this time.
But, due to financial problem, it will not be easy for You, I know.
So, Better to pass on this time . But, Please put a lot of effort and do whatever you get at this moment. Because, sitting up to 2020 expecting better time would further damage your career.
