According to my birth chart, Jupiter is placed in the 7th house with Moon and 7th lord Mercury, and I have always been told that this is one of the best placements for a happy marriage. Several astrologers have said that Jupiter in the 7th house blesses a person with a supportive spouse, a stable married life, and timely marriage.
However, my personal experience has been completely different. I am now 32 years old, and despite several marriage proposals over the last few years, none have worked out. Some proposals were cancelled at the last moment, while in other cases there were compatibility issues or unexpected family objections. This has left me wondering if Jupiter is enough is effective in my birth chart.
I also have Mars in 7th house, some say as I’m manglik it is the reason for delay in marriage. Presently Im running rahu mahadasha and Venus antardasha till February 2027. I want to know will my marriage happen in this period or not?

Your chart is very typical. I observed the following and noting them.
Rahu is signifying 8th house as star lord of 8th cusp, which gives tensions. Rahu is in the star of Saturn in 12th house which is also not good for marriage matters. 6th and 12th cusps sub lord is Saturn in 12th house. Rahu could not give the marriage as it signifies detriment houses to marriage. You might have received many proposals in the period 2020-2023.
Bhukti lord Venus is also a kalatra karaka. Even though Venus is in 6th house which is detriment to marriage, it is signifying Ketu in 3rd house and connected to Moon in 7th house. So there are feeble chances in Venus bhukti which is from 23-01-2024 to 22-1-2027. 3rd is for negotiations and 7th for marriage. Dasa lord Rahu is in 9th house signifying Saturn lord of 11th and 12th. All the relevant houses are connected and transit also co-operates, so I presume the marriage may take place in this period.
Mars is ineffective in watery signs (cancer, scorpio and pisces) and in enemy houses (gemini, virgo). Mars dosha is in no way connected here.
These are my presumptions.
