Asking again after few yrs- Delay in marriage & career

Dear Sir,

I am asking this question again after few years here. Even after few years the question is same. When will i get married.
my DOB is 28/03/1988, time: 09:15 PM, place : ambala (haryana)
As per astrologers, my planets r weak thats y I m not settled in my life – careerwise n personally. I m still unmarried even after good marriage yog & unsuccessful in career.
Pls tell when will i get settled & also abt my marriage and how will it be.
