He is hyperactive and talks but less communication with others and is fussy and cries being stubborn on daily basis with stomach issues. Remedies for him and when will all this change ?

Leo lagana, and rashi is Aquarius. The child is born Shatabhisa Nakshatra of Rahu. Rahu is in the lagan which is never good and conjoined with Mercury lord of 2nd house and also the planet for communication. rahu mahadasha is going on and Shani sade satti. As you say he is hyperactive and the child has autism. You should do the below remedies and he should be fine.

I agree with Sri Navneet khanna about evil influence of Rahu

on the child.You perform the religious remedies advised by

him.

You are telling that he is having stomach problems continuously.

Please see that he follows sun bath method and veganism method,

to cure his diseases.They are called penance methods.

They remove evil of planets.

Penance Remedies.—-
1.You make him to sit in sunlight daily 20minutes,without shirt and bannian.
He can wear a nikker.
3.For three months,he has to follow veganism method.
Veganism means avoiding milk,curd,buttermilk,coffee,tea,ghee,nonveg,fish and eggs
and alcohols and cigaretees.
Additionally,he should avoid sweets and sweet fruits and dry fruits.
4.He can take meals and tiffin.
5.Give him daily one table spoon of coconut oil in the morning and one table
spoon of coconut oil in the evening.
6,Daily,the patient must eat 150gms of kundru (hindi).It is
a vegetable available iln vegetable market.
Uncooked vegetables cure so many diseases and remove sins.

If Kundru is not available,he can eat uncooked raddish or uncooked
cucumber.Kundru means Dondakayalu in telugu.

Children can drink daily unfiltered juice of  6 kundrus.
7.Uncooked vegetables contain divinity.
Eating daily uncooked vegetables is itself a penance.
It is equal to worshipping so many dieties..
Rishis were doing penance by eating vegetables

I think improvement will certainly be there, but once the major portion of Sade satti and Rahu – Saturn period is over.
