Delay in divorce and delay in 2nd marriage

Dear Sir,

I am a Pushyami (2nd Pada) and also have a Kal Sarp Dosh in my Kundli.

The planetary positions in my Kundali is as below:

Aries-empty
Taurus-empty
Gemini-empty
Cancer-empty
Leo-empty
Virgo-Ketu
Libra-Conjunction of Sun & Mercury
Scorpio-Venus
Sagittarius-Jupiter
Capricorn-Conjunction of Moon & Marsh
Aquarius-Saturn
Pisces-Rahu

While I was trying to analyze my own kundli to find the solution to my disturbed personal life, I found mine awfully troublesome.

My first wife was a manglik and she left me 7 years back. I am unable to get divorce and get remarried again. Can you suggest me things please ?

Additional informations include, I am 40 yrs old now, and suffering with ailments like:
1. Spondylitis & Migrane
2. Colitis
3. Diabetes
4. Detected with increased Cholesterol & TG level indicating an upcoming heart ailment.
Married in 2010, separated in 2011.

What I wanted to know is, how bad are the Conjunctions in my Kundli and what to do to get rid of the sufferings of such Conjunctions?
