I read about Bandhana Yoga, or Jail Yoga. The possibility of going to Jail or Imprisonment in Vedic Astrology is mainly due to a bad placement of Rahu. Do I have Bandhan (jail) yoga in my Kundali? My DOB is 9/9/88 at 16:08 in Calcutta?

For imprisonment we see 12th cusp. Here 12th cusp sub lord should be connected to 2nd or 3rd or 8th or 12th house. In your case 12th cusp sub lord Mercury is in the 8th house. To some extent the criteria is fulfilled. So there would be chances for imprisonment in this Moon dasa Mercury bhukti which is from 28-3-2025 to 27-8-2026. There would be tensions in the period from 27-9-2025 to 11-10-2025.
Your lagna sub lord Mars is the lord of 3rd house (negotiations) and 10th house (reputation, social status). Mars is in 2nd house. But Mars is in the star of Saturn in 11th house and sub of Jupiter in 4th house signifying Moon in 7th house. So I presume that you would have worry in a financial transaction for the sake of others or in your family affairs. It would be settled in your favour so that your reputation would not be affected. You will not be arrested, as your lagna has strength.
Rahu is in lagna. It is in the star of Jupiter (lord of 12th) and Jupiter is in 4th house and signifying Moon in 7th house. Therefore Rahu is not affected badly.
Any how there would be another period which gives tensions is from 11-1-2026 to 30-3-2026 particularly in Feb 2026.

Placement of Rahu in the 2nd and Saturn in the 12th is an almost certain indication of being confined due to uttering falsehood. Fortunately, in the Bhava chart, Rahu moves to Lagna and Saturn to the 11th. The soul represented by Sun is afflicted by Ketu.
You were born on a chaturdashi making Jupiter a Dagdha (burnt) planet. Mars and Saturn are in Dagdha rasis but because of retrogression, Mars will not be very malefic. The 6th lord Mercury aspected by the 12th lord Jupiter and 8th lord Sun afflicted make the chart low in strength. The papakartari yoga of the 12th Bhava also adds to the possibility of confinement.
The cuspal lord of the 12th bhava being Sun, the bhava is activated in the current dasa of Moon.
In conclusion, there are possibilities of confinement.
