Hello, my Moon is at 29 degrees, yet in the divisional charts from D-1 to D-27, it doesn’t change degrees at all and remains in the same position. Could this be a glitch in the program, or do such charts actually occur? Has this happened in practice, and what could it mean? Is there some problem area due to the borderline degree? I’d be very interested to hear your opinion.

Looking at your birth chart we see that your Moon is in Virgo at 29 Degree 57 minutes in Chitra Nakshatra. What you are observing is perfectly correct and not a software glitch. In all classical systems, the degree of a planet remains constant across all divisional charts (vargas). The varga system does not alter the longitude of a graha, rather, it redistributes that fixed degree into different signs according to specific divisional rules. Therefore, if your Moon is at 29°57′ in the birth chart (D-1), it will retain the same degree in D-9, D-10, D-27 and so on, while only its sign placement may change. This is the correct mathematical calculation.

However, the more important observation here is that your Moon is placed at 29 degrees 57 minutes, which falls under Rashi Sandhi, the junction between two signs. Such a placement is considered highly sensitive. The Moon, being the significator of mind, emotions, and psychological stability, when placed at the edge of a sign, often indicates a state of transition. The native may experience fluctuations in emotional responses, a sense of incompletion, or a pull between the qualities of the ending sign and the upcoming one. It suggests that the soul is completing certain karmas associated with that sign and preparing to evolve into the next stage.

In practice, such charts are indeed seen and are not uncommon, but they are always treated with special attention. Results of the Moon may appear inconsistent or intensified during key planetary transits. Thus, rather than a defect, this placement should be understood as a karmic threshold, requiring awareness, emotional maturity, and conscious grounding to channel its energy constructively.
