When you want analysis regarding transits it is better to check all the four,Jupiter,Saturn,Rahu,Ketu.
Jupiter transit combined with transit of Saturn and Rahu-ketu, presently,gives mixed results of both positive and negative events.Negative results in area of expenses,stress,health low, relationship and misunderstanding issues.After october things begin to look up ,luck factor improves, slight improvement in stress and finance,Children are in better shape,happier than before,and after December there would be furthur improvement with regard to Children and your health.The main issues are caused by Saturn in 8th from your Lagna and 9th from Moon sign in transits.Overall you will see improvement.
This is just a General information.But any specific issues must be checked from both Dasa and Transit angle.
Cheer up, as you are seeing light at end of tunnel.But please learn to destress yourself, by prayers and simple meditation.

From end october when Jupiter touches your lagna,any sort of independant ventures,partnership, foreign connections,client based work will be good besides there is a personal boosts in your overall personality.For non business activities there is slowing down seen for next one year and progress will be meagre.

Husband Ka Horoscope shows seed potency and vitality, and if he can father children smoothly or if there may be delays/obstacles, his Karmic factors if any.

On my part, based on your birth-chart and my observations / understanding of the same, I’m inclined to think you are currently based far away from your birth-place – a distant place and perhaps foreign land. You also seem to have anger / temper issues and have been through a very tough 2-3 in the recent past. If true, this aspect (anger and lack of understanding between you and your spouse) might be at the center of your concern / anxiety about family expansion (by way of giving birth to a child and parental pleasure) – although it would make sense for us to validate the same by observing / understanding your husband’s birth-chart.

It has been some time and so, I was left wondering why your birth-chart seemed familiar. As you might be aware, I’ve called out my observations previously. It is not just that you are bearing with everything and managed to salvage your relationship. Please be informed that you are quite capable of giving as much as you take and hence your marriage as sustained. You also need to factor in the concept of “Desha-Kaala-Patra”… and based on my understanding of your birth-chart, your side of the family is not in the same class or status of your in-laws and hence limited motivating for to break the marriage and hang-on to whatever is better. On my part, I had previously hesitated to call our specifics… for I know your husband and in-law seems to frequent this forum.
As for your query about child, please let me/us know if you guys have gotten a through medical test done. If yes, what are the findings. If not, kindly do the same at the earliest. Given my understanding, there does seem to be a need for medical intervention. So, hospital visits and expenses seem to be on the horizon.

Really scared with increasing age.
May b my status is not high like them but still I manage my expenses on own ..my husband and in laws don’t provide me anything. I am staying with them as outsider. Not happy.
I have lot of reasons to go away from this marriage but it’s also affect my parents and siblings life.

May b they are a bit higher in terms of money than my family but I expense on my own..my husband and in laws don’t give me money for my expenses..
My family reputation and respect in society is better than them

It would help if you were clear and elaborated on this topic. Please let me/us know if both of you underwent through medical test/examination. If yes, what came out of it or what was the conclusion? What has been done thus far by both of you?
Just so you are aware, your birth-charts indicate both of you to be a bit stubborn, rigid and fixated in your views, inflexible in your ways etc. Thereafter, I foresee unwanted pressure – both within the family, societal etc., which is not necessarily helping your cause. Further, given your mindset and associated anxiety, along with environment at home, please let me know how you envision your aspiration being fulfilled.
In any case, I’m keen on validating some specific bit of information.

According to our reports,dr prescribed some medicines and we both completed the course of medicine. Reports were okay then.
But the Main problem is stress which is due to family environment.
Not even me
.my husband’s health is also affecting because of this stress…he is just living here due to his parents
I just want to live happy with my husband as I don’t feel like home here.
So I wants to move to a new house with my husband and create my own family.
