Question :- I am preparing for a Government job, how long will I get it and I have a lot of health/financial issues (loans are also very much) and I want to buy a new house, how long can I take it.

Date of birth given by you is ambiguous. Is it 08-May-1992 or 05-Aug-1992. I have taken as 08-May-1992. There are chances for a job in the period 12-4-2025 to 12-5-2026. Even you get a Government job, it would be in a far off place or the payment would be less than your expectation. The repayment of loans also will be in this period.
In the period 12-4-2025 to 12-5-2026, you will try for a house and it will be materialised in the period 12-5-2026 to 21-6-2027.
