I’m a high manglik dosha boy and want to marry low manglik girl. We have 2-12 bhakoot dosha and Gana dosha. Guna milan score is less 14 out of 36. Can I get married to my girlfriend. Our parents are not ready for this marriage, what we should do to remove doshas in kundli milan? Thank you.

Looking at your guna milan, we see that the ashtkoot guna milan score is 14 out of 36, which is less than 18 that is required for marriage. There is Gana dosha as girl belongs to the Rakshasa Gana. There is 2-12 bhakoot dosha. Even the Grahamaitri score is less, as we see that you get only 1 koot out of 5. This is not good as it indicates a problem related to marriage. Regarding mangal dosha, you have Mars in the 8th house of your D1 chart, and the girl chart has Mars in the lagan. There is compatibility regarding the Mangal dosha.  But due to low guna milan score, it is strongly recommended that you do proper graha milan before proceeding ahead for marriage.

In Vedic astrology, a strong mangal dosha (Manglik) in a boy and a mild or low manglik dosha in a girl does not automatically deny marriage, but it does require careful evaluation. Mangal Dosha arises due to the placement of Mars in certain houses, influencing temperament, aggression, and marital harmony.

When one partner has a high Manglik influence and the other has a lower one, imbalance can occur, especially in emotional reactions, dominance. It can lead to arguments and ego clashes. However, Mangal dosha cancellation can occur through several factors such as mutual aspects, placement of Mars in compatible signs, conjunction of Moon, and support from planet Jupiter.

If proper matching (Kundli Milan) shows good guna score, favorable dasha compatibility, and presence of cancellation factors, such a marriage is certainly possible. Remedies like Mangal Shanti, Hanuman worship, or specific rituals can further balance the energy. Final judgment of marriage should always be based on complete horoscope analysis, not on Mangal Dosha alone.
