Mr. Navneet Khanna sir, or other learned astrologers
Can you please help me understand my job stability for the next 5 years? My DOB is 27 July 1979, 02:30AM Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Female. I am under constant stress of job layoff having gone through one just last year.
Please advise.

Three planets Saturn, Rahu and Moon are placed close to each other in the house of profession. Moon and Rahu form a Grahana dosha while Saturn and Rahu form a Shrapit dosha both of which can affect your profession.
Perform a shanti for Moon and Rahu. Also perform Jalabhisheka for Lord Shiva on Mondays.

Given birth-details seem to place Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Taurus or Vrishaba Rashi.
You seem to have just started Maha-Dasha of Rahu (as per Vimsottari Dasha system) who co-lords the 10th house along with Satun/Shani-dev placed in the 4th house in the Zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi. He is closely conjunct Saturn/Shani-dev and Moon/Chandra. For the records, Rahu is not really a benefic for the birth-chart and more importantly, he activates Ketu placed in the 10th house of Karma-Sthana is not really preferred.
On my part, I’m inclined to think you are somebody who is not really confident of your capabilities, very tentative and not outgoing by nature – not to mention the inherent anger/temper/frustration, lack of bonding with colleagues etc., something that does not really make you a favorite at workplace. So, I think your fears are well placed.

Hi Buddy, I think you are right. How do I improve? If I lose this job (most likely), when would I get another one? Any remedies? How long will this last? I really want to continue being in the workforce for atleast 5 more years.

One of the things I’ve not explicitly not called out is the malefic influences on Moon/Chandra as seen in the brith-chart and its effect on mind – not to mention Jupiter/Guru-dev not being happy nor comfortable being placed in the 3rd house of Courage and Proactive Initiatives. So, it is natural for you to be low on confidence, tentative/hesitant etc.
Given the situation, strengthening of Moon/Chandra is badly needed. In this regard, it would help for you to consider offering special prayers regularly to Mahadev Shiva, offering Jalabisheka and chanting MahaMrithunjay mantra, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa. It would also make sense for you to realize/recognize anger problems, work on overcoming the inherent inhibitions, complacency and bring about positive changes.

It looks like you’ve given up on the current job…have you!?! On my part, I think you’ll have some breather and manage for the next few months, if you get through some relatively tough period in the next few day. Overall, I’m inclined to think Rahu Maha-Dasha will be a bit challenging. So, please consider propitiating Rahu.

Thank you Buddy! I am doing the 108 times Rahu mantra everyday now. I have already received notification that my current role will be eliminated, so I have started applying for internal roles. That is why I was asking when will I get my next job.

Oops! As called out previously, current time period is tough – would help get a better understanding of the situation, if you were to share further details. I would have suggested for you to consider Sandhi Shanti Homa/Havan (a fire ritual) before or immediately after the onset of Rahu Maha-Dasha, along with Rahu Shani Homa/Havan. If not done already, please consider doing so, given my understanding of Rahu’s inclination in your birth-chart… mere chanting of mantras may not suffice.

Hi Buddy, I did get the Navgraha havan done last year with special pooja for Rahu. It was after the rahu mahadasha started. I will see if I can get another havan done per your suggestions. How long will the tough period last, I just want to understand how long it will take for me to find a new job.

Please check what exactly has been done previously, during the Navagraha Homa/Havan. If Rahu Shanti Homa/Havan have been done. If done, I’m inclined to think there would be no need of doing so all over again.
Technically upcoming Pratyantara Dasha of Lagna Lord Venus/Shukra starting soon should give a bit of a breather. So, please do not stop going all out on making sincere and focused attempts at suitable/open positions (either internally or outside).
That said, please be informed Ketu placed in the 10th house of Karma-Sthana and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ketu will continue to be active. So, it would make sense for you to consider offering special prayers on a daily basis to Lord Ganesha, with unwavering faith, bhakti/devotion and a strong Sankalpa.

When will the pratyantara Dasha of Lagna Lord Venus/Shukra start? I am quiet anxious, but it would be so helpful to know and understand when will I get my next job, or atleast a likely timeframe atleast.
Yes, Rahu shanti was specifically done in the past havan. I will follow what you said and pray to Ganesha.

Glad you confirmed my understanding…By nature, you are the worrying type and are fearful for most parts. That is a reflection of Moon/Chandra’s situation in your birth-chart and hence the status of your mind.
Not sure if your query (Any ides will be a lost lasting job) makes much sense… unless of course there is a typo. That said, please do not look for or expect comfort from Astrology and/or predictions… if you are.

Yes, it was a typo. I was meaning to ask, will I continue in this job for a while or will it be temporary less than a year? will the rahu-jupiter phase be better career wise?
