These are two different Puja, there is no doubt that Kaalsarp dosha is formed due to Rahu and ketu, however the puja and Mantras are different. For Kaalsarp dosha you will recite nag gayatri mantra and for Rahu you will recite the Beej mantra of Rahu.
Some even do the Maha mritunjaya Mantra for Kaalsarp dosha.Blessings,

Im not sure where you can do Rahu Puja in Pune. However I can suggest you some great remedies that you can do and get the benefits.
1. Read Hanuman Chalisa Daily
2. Give food to the birds once a day.
3. As your moon Mahadasha is going on Keep fast on Mondays.
You do these remedies and you will start getting good results.
