Some astrologers say I have mangal dosha and some says I don’t! Can anyone tell me clearly whether Mangal Dosha is there in my chart or not? I was born on 05/03/1995, 12.45 PM, Hubli, Karnataka

There is no Kuja dosha in your chart. But there is Grahana Dosha due to Moon Ketu combine. You have started your Moon dasha also from this month. You also have Sarpa shapa since Rahu is in the 5th and aspected by Mars.
Suggest you to perform a Sarpa Samskara puja as also shanti for Moon and Ketu.

Your lagna is in Gemini. Moon is in Aries. Mars is in 2nd sign from lagna and 4th sign from Moon. When Mars is in 1st house (self), 2nd house (addition to family), 4th house (kutumba), 7th house (kalatra), 8th house (mangalya) and 12th house (bed comfort) from lagna or Moon or Venus, it is treated by Mangal dosh. But they will take from sign to sign only, not from houses. They might have not known the difference of signs and houses.
There are exceptions also. When Mars is in debilitation and a watery sign cancer, there is no Mars dosha.
So in your case the dosha will not apply. Another doshas may be there as Mr. T.K.C. sir said.
In your case Venus dasa is from 15-4-1999 to 15-4-2019. Venus the lord of 6th house (detriment to marriage) is signifying Sun conjoined with Saturn and 10th cusp. So it gives the job and social status well. Again Venus signifies Jupiter in 6th house. So it might not have given marriage.
Sun dasa is from 15-4-2019 to 15-4-2025. Sun is conjoined with Saturn and 10th cusp. Sun is signifying his star lord Jupiter in 6th house and his sub lord Mercury in 9th house. So you may be getting alliances in this period.
Moon dasa is from 15-4-2025 to 15-4-2035. Moon is in the 11th house (fulfilment of desires). Moon is conjoined with his star lord Ketu in 11th house. It is good. Moon is signifying her sub lord Mars in 3rd house. It is good. So Moon dasa will give you marriage. There are bright chances in between 13-2-2026 to 14-9-2026. Saturn delays all things but not deny. There would be delay and postponements because of Saturn aspect on 11th cusp.

Kindly confirm if the date of birth is 5th March or 3rd May… In case it is 5th March, Ascendent or Udaya Lagna seems to be placed in a Cusp/Sandi, having barely (few seconds earlier, per the birth-chart I’ve cast) crossed over to the Zodiac sign of Gemini or Mithuna Rashi.
Moon/Chandra is placed in the Zodiac sign of Aries or Mesha Rashi, Venus/Shukra is placed in the Zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makara Rashi and Mars/Kuja seems to be placed in the Zodiac sign of Cancer or Karkataka Rashi.
Assuming the birth-time is accurate or rounded-down, Mars/Kuja is placed in the 2nd house from Ascendent or Udaya Lagna, 4th house from Moon/Chandra and 7th house from Venus/Shukra. Placement of Mars/Kuja in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th and 12H from Udaya Lagna, Moon/Chandra and some folk consider Venus/Shukra, to qualify a birth-chart as Mangalik.
In my humble opinion, the so called cancellations and exceptions do not exist. As one of my other learned friend (who has a Uccha or exalted Mars/Kuja and a powerfully strong Ruchaka Maha-Purusha Yoga always says and I quote, “If a Uccha or exalted Mars/Kuja does not spare a native then forget him sparing one while being placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation or with the other exceptions”.
