The chart prepared with the given data gives Rahu in the 7th sign from Natal lagna but shifting to the 6th in the bhava chart (Not as you have mentioned in the 2nd house) according to Nirayana position of planets. The debilitated Venus in the 11th sign also moves to the 10th in the bhava chart. Venus also gets a cancellation of debilitation from Mercury. Finally, Venus dasa is already over for you.
The current dasa lord Rahu is not very good for relationships. This dasa will end by Dec 2027. After this, the dasa of Jupiter is good for relationships and marriage. Good chances for your marriage before 2030.

Is the time inclusive of DST. The time zone it is taking GMT +3 hours.
As our Mr. TK Chandra sekhar jee said, your marriage would be in Jupiter dasa only. You missed alliances once in the past.
Please confirm your birth time whether it is inclusive of DST.

In my culture we dont go straight in marriage. First in relationship if characters matches then we marry.Now is Sun period ,after will Moon.If have somebody to check deeply ?To tell me frame time for relationship and what kind of guy will?

Hi,
On my part, I observe afflictions to and weakness of Moon/Chandra (for the records, he is a nasty Badha-Karaka) and in-turn your mind (and prejudice and inhibitions – if any), apart from anger/temper issues – not to mention time periods that have contributed to the delay.
If true, it would make sense for you to consider addressing those issues, before you get into any long-term relationship. Further, Venus/Shukra being Neecha or debilitated does not seem to help your cause for a happy, lasting and meaningful relationship.
Given the situation, it might not be a bad idea for you to consider seeking God’s Grace and blessings.
