When will I get married? Will it be love marriage? My date of birth is on the 28th of August 1994 at 4:30 AM in New Delhi.

You were born on a Saptami. This makes both the Lagna (Karkataka) and Dhanus Rasis as Dagdha (burnt). Their lords Moon and Jupiter are likewise burnt. No cancellation for the Dagdha effect exists in your chart.
