Why weak Mangal ?

Namaskaar, I’m being told by astrologers that my mangal is v weak.Can anyone pls help me understand why my mangal is weak. according to me it shd rather be strong as – a)its the yogakaraka b)in own house c)in trine(9th house) d)sitting with friends.

As per the details given by you Mars is placed in the 8th house of the Natal chart, Yes it is in Aries which is its own sign, but not in trine and certainly not the yogakarka planet. Kindly recheck the time as I feel the difference could be because of the error in time only.
