Will i ever get married? When if yes.

You were born on a Dwadasi. Rasis Tula and Makara are Dagdha (burnt) rasis. Their lords Venus and Saturn are also Dagdha. No cancellation exists for the Dagdha effect.
Your 7th lord Jupiter is afflicted by Venus and the 7th Cuspal lord Saturn is also in the rasi of Venus. Jupiter’s nakshatra lord is also Venus. Jupiter is also aspected by Saturn. Jupiter is a badhaka for the chart too. Although a good Hamsa yoga is formed by Jupiter being in his own house and in a Kendra from both Moon and Lagna, good results may not occur due to presence of Venus in conjunction.
In Navamsa, Lagna is occupied by Mars and aspected by Lagna lord Jupiter from the 7th house. The 7th lord Mercury is in the 12th with Rahu and aspected by Saturn, Venus and Sun.
Put together, the marriage which should have taken place in the current dasa of Jupiter has not occurred till now.
A third factor causing the delay is the Grahana yoga formed by Sun and Ketu which also leads to pitru dosha.
Perorming a remedy for pitru dosha (you can contact the local pundits for this) and wearing a diamond ring (on the tight hand ring finger) or pendant set in gold (back open to allow rays to pass through to the skin) to improve the power of Venus, can help you get married. Jupiter’s dasa is till Nov 2026. The next dasa is of Saturn who is also in Jupiter’s nakshatra. Prayers to Lord Shiva can also be offered regularly on Mondays which will also help to strengthen Saturn too.

So SIR, you mean I might get married by 2028, is that a certainty? I never had alliances that reached any concrete stage where I could think of getting married. Some astro sites say it is the Saturn influence, so marriage is delayed, but karmically significant and fulfilling.

You are very intelligent and take hasty decisions. Sometimes you will not cherish others’ words. You are very ambitious and at the same time behave like lethargic. Sometimes you can not take proper decision. Without postponement, you can not complete any thing. You have reputation and job also.
The same happened in your marriage also. In Rahu dasa which ended on 07-9-2006, in the period 2004-2006, you might have missed one or two alliances, as you were in a hope of settlement and marriage at a later stage.
Current period is of Saturn. Saturn dasa and Saturn bhukti is upto 9-9-2025. Next comes Mercury bhukti which is from 9-9-2025 to 20-5-2028. Marriage chances are in this period.

Nothing happens on its own. Human effort is always needed. What I have suggested is that doing the remedies will help remove the blockages and clear the matrimonial path. As the famous astrologer Sh. B.V.Raman puts it — “Astrology can only indicate in a way what will take place in future. Who else, except the Creator Brahma, can say with certainty what will definitely happen !”
