Your 1st cusp (self) sub lord is Saturn in 11th house. Saturn is in the star of Venus in 11th house. Venus is signifying Sun in 12th house. It means that you are lucky enough to have this configuration. You will have comforts and expenditure would be towards a royal life. You have self pride.
Your 4th cusp (house, flat etc) sub lord is Mercury in 11th house (fulfilment of desires). It is good. But Mercury is signifying 12th and 8th house. It says that even you go to purchase a house, if you pay advance the money would be blocked at the builder. You might have experienced the same in Feb 2025.
