Looking at the birth chart, we see that 5th house which is the prime house of love and romance has Ketu. Saturn which is the lord of 5th house is in the 8th house and debilitated. You should do remedies of Saturn to derive benefits from this period.

Quite frankly, the birth-chart seems to indicate the tendency for the native to fall in love. But then, the same may not mature into a sustainable marital relationship. In fact, the native does not seem to have limited yogas for a happy/sustainable married life.

Moon/Chandra not have much of support on either side of flanks, Mars/Kuja and Saturn/Shani-dev conjunct with each other, Sun/Ravi the 12th lord of Vyaya/Losses being placed in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana and most other planets being placed in the 6th and 8th houses are not good signs.
