Sun is in debilitation means Sun is weak and should not give the results fully. Again it is in a enemy camp. It is not the reason. Sun is in 9th house which is detrimental to 10th house. As sun star is occupied by Moon, Sun will not give 9th house result. Sun is in the star of Mars (lord of 10th – profession, 11th house – fulfilment of desires) in in 7th house. So Sun gives success in your job and reputation with the people you deal.
The reason for your tough phase is Rahu, who is the dasa lord and Mercury who are in 8th house (tensions). Rahu is more powerful than Mercury, who is the 6th lord. Rahu is signifying Moon in 12th house and his sub lord Moon is signifying 8th lord Sun in 9th house.
