When Mars is in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th and 12th houses either from Lagna of Moon or Venus, then Mars dosha is there. But one exception is also there. When Mars is in Venus signs the effect would not be there. Houses only would be treated not signs for counting of Mangal dosha.
Mars and Venus are in the 8th sign, but in the 7th house. 7th cusp sub lord Venus is signifying Rahu in 2nd house and 7th house lord Mercury through Jupiter. Sp you are destined to marry.
