It looks like you are not sure of the exact birth-time. You’ve stated it to be 3:27 PM, 3:17 PM and now calling it out to be 3:19 PM. Such variations in key information is a major turn-off to me (and perhaps others like me). Thought I’d let you how such actions drive perceptions if querants on virtual platforms.
Just so you (and others) are aware, lot of importance is given to Nimittas or Shakunas (Omen) in Vedic astrology and putting a wrong step/foot will invariably lead onto a wrong path/direction, with wrong assessments/predictions.
