Your last sentence is tantamount to going for a medical lab test like to check your sugar levels and telling them to give a report only if it is good since otherwise you will be hurt and therefore does not want to know about it.
With 63.3% strength for the 7th house, you will definitely get married. When is a question nobody can answer accurately. We get only indications and probabilities from the evaluation of horoscopes. Astrology is not a predictive science which can predict any future events with certainty. You will note that except for Mercury and Jupiter all other planets are malefic and that could be the reason why your marital bliss is being delayed.
However your 7th house is quite strong with 63.3% and therefore marriage is inevitable. Your Moon’s period is now running till 2018 and Moon is a highly malefic planet with feeble residential strength which might be hampering your wishes to get married. Possibly when Mars Period starts, you might succeed in a happy matrimony.

Yes you have Malavya yoga which is reasonably potent with 64% strength. It has helped you very much in having a reasonably good personality and mellow down the distresses you may have in life. Why do you say you haven’t seen any good thing? What were you expecting? Incidentally I am also having Malavya Yoga and it has manifested in my life very well.
The debilitation point of Mars in Cancer is 28th degree of Cancer and the extent of debilitation has therefore to be calculated using your position of Mars in the chart. The debilitation % has thus first to be calculated and only then the benefit of Neechabhanga can be evaluated.
Suppose in your horoscope Mars is in the 1st degree of Cancer, then there is no debilitation at all. Normally we consider debilitation only to the extent of plus or minus 5 degrees from the debilitation point. Say for example even if your Mars is in the 1st degree of Leo, you have Mars in Debilitation though in the zodiacal chart it will be in Leo.
Astrology is not that easy to understand without first learning the Mathematics behind it.
Your question can of course be answered if we prepare your chart based on you date, time and place of birth and go through all the rigmarole of mathematics behind calculating the strength of debilitation and similarly the strength of placement of all other planets contributing to Neechabhanga Yoga.
Without doing the above, any comment would be fruitless. And that is what we do to calculate the strength of planets and houses and this will give you an indication of how powerful or otherwise of Mars in your horoscope.
