I do not find any chances of your becoming a good doctor. At best you can be a good lab technician or similar vocation using chemicals or electronic instruments used in medical profession.

Your marital house has an average strength of 37.31% which is just a ‘passed’ grading and your overall success factor in marriage will be to that extent. It is due primarily to the poor residential strength of Mars and its placement etc.
Your marriage could take place around mid 2016 to early 2017. Your career house is much more potent and that should be your primary concern.
