My son date of birth -9 Th December 1998time is 21-35 and place is Chennai .
He has got an admit offer for masters in Artificial intelligence program from Carnige melon university Pittsburg . But due to CoVid we are unable to secure the financial documents required to get the approval letter from the university to apply for Visa .
We are very much worried whether he will join this year or will there be a break in the education due to COVid and get postponed to the next year ?
Please guide us sir . The loan amount involved is nearly 1 crore which is very high at the same time we are also waiting for an offer from Canada where the cost of education is only 15 lacs .
Will we end up spending high on his education or will he spend less if he gets Canada .
P,ease advise.

NaNamaskhar, After reading the horoscope,I I ffound that your son will NOT go abroad fornow for his higher studies. There will bbe gap in his education.All though everything will be ready but some ssituation will arrive and will pour water iin the whole plan.
I understand that it is a sad prediction babut that is there in his destiny. -
Your son is now running Sun Mahadasa and Sun is the weakest planet in his horoscope. Sun and Moon are highly malefic too. His 2nd house is consequently very weak and he will not do well in the respective significations. Suggest he can try in India to do Masters where it will not cost very high.
