When you are looking at horoscope matching, you look at multiple things and take your decisions, not just based upon Janam Nakshatra. Moola 3rd pada is not any major issue. To be more accurate check mangal / Kuja dosha and also grah milan.

Sir, for her Mars is positioned in the 12th house( Rahu is helping Mangal) and for me Mars is positioned in the 8th house( Ketu is helping Mangal). Both for me and her Mangal dosha is 200%. Please help.
