In Marriage matching, Madhya nadi dosha is considered an important factor in horoscope matching, especially for marriage compatibility and health related matters after marriage. Nadi matching carries 8 points in Ashtakoota Milan, therefore astrologers do give importance to it. However, having Madhya Nadi Dosha does not automatically mean that marriage should be rejected.
