Udaya Lagna is placed in Vrischika/Scorpio Rashi and Lagna Lord Mars/Kuja is placed in the 8th house of Mithuna/Gemini Rashi and closely conjunct Ketu in the Lunar Constellation of Mrigashira Nakshatra, also ruled by Mars/Kuja. So, Ketu’s influence on self is undeniable.
Saturn/Shani-dev is Vakra or Retrograde. He is posited in the Lunar Constellation of Shravana Nakshatra and influencing Moon/Chandra (and in-turn your mind) – not to mention you are in the midst of peak Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra. Venus/Shukra, the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana and natural or Naisargika Kalathra-Karaka is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation. These factors have contributed to the delay, which is rather obvious.
But then, you also seem to have limited and feeble Yogas for marriage. That said, current Maha-Dasha of benefic Jupiter/Guru-dev (mind you, he is your Atmakaraka. So, his period will not necessarily be a walk in the park – but brings in a lot of learning) placed in a Kendra – not to mention other benefic influences in the Kendra houses could be redeeming factors. Incidentally, current Antara of Moon/Chanda and subsequent Antara of Sun/Ravi are quite conducive. But then, the call is for you to overcome weak mind (Moon/Chandra is way too close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degress, as per Phala Deepika and Brihat Prajapatyam) or inherent inhibitions (your mind also seems to have an inclination to fall in love), in case you are truly interested. If not, the situation could easily tend towards denial.
That said, it might not be a bad idea for you to consider chanting Rukmini Vallabha Mantra 108 times daily, for early fulfillment of your desire and a happy married life.
