The Lagna lord in your chart is debilitated and in the 9th. It is also eclipsed by Rahu. Both are Vargottama planets occupying the same Rasi in Navamsa too. The pair is aspected by Saturn too. Finally, Moon and Mars are in interchange of Rasis. Saturn and Jupiter aspect the Lagna too. All this makes the Lagna fairly strong. Your natural tendency is to take quick actions though Saturn tries to hold you back.
The 7th lord Venus occupies the 9th house which is good. The 7th Rasi has both Saturn and Jupiter posted but in the bhava chart only Jupiter remains. Mars, Rahu and Sun all move into the 8th bhava to join Mercury. Sun is your current dasa lord.
In the Navamsa, the Lagna is aspected by Mars and Jupiter while the 7th lord is in its debilitation sign with Rahu. Jupiter in the 7th is aspected by Saturn.
Dasa lord Sun is in the 12th house of loss in Navamsa.
Since the current dasa lord occupies dusthanas in both Rasi and Navamsa charts, it is suggested that the current dasa is not very suitable for marriage. Better would be the dasa of Moon starting in December 2029. Married life will be reasonably good though Ketu is in the 4th (sukhasthana) in Navamsa. Nakshatra lord of Ketu is Sun. The lord of the 4th from 7th in the rasi chart is also Sun.
Though Sun and Rahu are in differing Nakshatras, their combination leads to Pitru Dosha for which a dosha nivarana puja is needed to be done.

Given birth-details placed Ascendent or Udaya Lagna in the Zodiac sign of Scorpio or Vrischika Rashi and Lagna lord is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation. For the records Lagna lord also rules the 6th house of Roga-Sthana and to make things more interesting the 6th lord participates in Rashi Parivarthana with 9th lord Moon/Chandra. So, Rogakaraka is activated whenever Moon/Chandra, 9th house and occupants of 9th house (i.e Sun/Ravi, Venus/Shukra, Mars/Kuja and Rahu, wherein Mars/Kuja and Rahu, the sworn enemies seem to be at logger heads with each other) are active. Incidentally, the said Parivarthana Yoga or exchange is also an indication of your susceptibility to Evil Eye and/or being surrounded by Envious folk.
Incidentally, you’ve switched Maha-Dashas from that of 7th & 12th lord Venus/Shukra in December 2023 to 10th lord Sun/Ravi (being placed in the 12th house in Navamsa or D-9 is not a good sign). So, I’m inclined to think you’ve had some nagging health issue, hospitalization and/or medical expenses . Current Maha-Dasha lord Sun/Ravi will continue to activate his depositor Moon/.Chandra, 6th lord Mars/Kuja and 6th house. So, you’ll continue to have some nagging health issues, for the immediate foreseeable future. I’m also inclined to think you might be susceptible or prone to skin allergies/diseases etc.
Thereafter, I’m drawn to the strong foot-print and influence of Rahu… in the 9th house of Dharma/Bhagya-Sthana, where he is neither happy nor comfortable and will be detrimental to related significance. His close conjunction with Sun/Ravi in the 9th house is definitely a cause for concern…for he is indicating inherent residual Pitru Dosha, something that will adversely impact multiple facets of life – including marriage, children, career etc.
And, I’m also drawn to the conjunct of Saturn/Shani-dev and Jupiter/Guru-dev… the two heavy-weight celestials. They seem to indicate residual Karma of atrocities against noble creatures (human and/or domestic animals) from previous births.
In summary, I’m inclined to think you have persistent health issues and marriage could get delayed inordinately or could end up being unconventional (falling in love and marrying somebody known, but from a different caste/religion etc.) in nature.
