You’ll soon be starting Maha-Dasha of 2nd & 11th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev who is Vakra or Retrograde and placed in the 7th house. He will be activating (or rather he has probably activated) the requisite planets (including Sun/Ravi, placed in the 12th house, 4th & 9th lord Venus/Shukra, 3rd & 10th lord Mars/Kuja etc.) to instigate the thought/action and pave open the possibilities for you to travel, live and work in a distant land.

That said, I’d suggest that you exercise caution… for I also foresee some challenges, trying and testing times in the next couple of years. Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across the 8th house from natal placement of Moon/Chandra or Ashtama-Shani is an indication of the same.
