I am in IT field since last 21 years and below are the series of events which happened in last two months.
16th June 2026 – I got laid off from my company ( 5 years of Service).
19th June 2026 – Interviewed with Government but rejected.
13 July 2026 – Interview cleared and I was about to get offer, but position got on hold.
15 July 2026 – Interviewed for one another position but till now no response.
6 Aug 2026 – Interviewed and rejected.
10th and 12th Aug – Two rounds of interview and got rejection email on 21st Aug.

I need your expert help in calculating the time frame when I’ll get new job.
I would really appreciate all of your help in this matter. Not able to understand why I am getting so many rejections.
