The word “Abroad” is not endorsed by Astrology. Countries are man made for administrative convenience which is not endorsed by God. You can go abroad anytime you wish if you have a visa and a plane ticket. Astrology cannot foresee when you will be travelling abroad. There are many fake astrologers who predict such things to fool the public.
