sir i want to take up my job to different department in the same company. which i am selected recently but my manager is not giving release from this department as people are giving up job and i am overloaded with pressure.Will i get a release soon.will i be able to take up that job.

thank u very much for your reply sir.,Mine is finance analytic job., the department i want to shift is business unit of finance itself where i will get to explore more knowledge.will i get a chance there.For how long will i be working in the same company.I want to shift also.please reply sir., thank u
