My daughter is 3 year now she was born on 10th July 2019 time 2.36 pm bangalore. She is still not yet speaking she only says Amma to me and always be silent.
Please help with the remedy.

May be when she starts going to Kindergarten, she could start speaking with other children. In her horoscope her 2nd house lord Mars is having near zero strength only which could be the reason for her poor speech. May be you will have to consult a speech therapist too.
