Looks like pressure slowly mounted since you gained this job, which began 10 months back!
Maybe you didnt expect the pressure to mount so much since when you joined?Did the pressure start to mount since early Feb 2024; especially from end March 2024; more so from June 2024?

Yes 10 months ago, i got released from project and in May and June i was in PIP(performance improvement plan) and almost got lay off, but my manager co-operated so passed my PIP. But still i didn’t got any project …same situation may happen agin because there is very less chances of getting project. I joined this job in Nov-2018. Any chances for improvement?? Will i get project or job outside???

You then must have got a hint in March 2024, that things may not be going as per plan. In any case the pressure mounted from then.
I see some minor betterment in life between Nov 2024 and Jan 2025. Your effort pays of somewhat then.

Your Son Rudra is running Rahu Maha Dasa; and Rahu is the atmakaraka planet, which is a difficult situation in terms not being able to come out in speaking properly.
Rahu is the significator of fears/phobias + being at his earliest ages +being the atmakaraka planet is affecting so much; while its other half Ketu is posited in the 2nd. house of Arudha Lagna.Fortunately Rahu dasa of the atmakaraka will be over in 2025 end.

It was mostly about establishing the idea and learning ins and outs.You Went on your business more independently and properly/stably from between Nov 2015 to May 2016, both months being important”.till now was a period of majorly learning skills, being more into yourself; for which it didn’t feel energetic due to slow growth.
While 2016 onward, as mentioned above, as your Rahu dasa began, a period when you wanted to look outward, maybe wanted to bring forward your work international; but the growth was slow and mostly uninspiring for growth; best for learning skills; not very mentally energetic.
