Considering the birth-details shared in your query, it is observed that the Ascendent or Udaya Lagna is placed in the Zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi, caught in the Ketu-Rahu axis, with Mars/Kuja giving company in the 7th house of Kalathra-Sthana. This would essentially make you a strong Mangalic or somebody with strong Kuja Dosha. So, I’m inclined to think you are prone to anger/temper issues, which is not really supportive for a good/healthy spousal relationship. This would invariably lead to limited happiness in marital life.

Lagna Lord Sun/Ravi is placed in the 10th house of Karma-Sthana and loosely conjunct 2nd & 11th lord Mercury/Budha. Moon/Chandra seems to be strongly placed in his Swasthana in the 12th house. How will be career and health

Hi,

Just so you are aware, transits (Ashtama-Shani) and time-periods were not good the last couple of years. From later part of 2026, the time-period will be a bit trying/testing/challenging from a relationship point of view.

Otherwise, in my humble opinion, there does not seem to be issues with regards to physiological health and career.
