1.I have a B-Tech in Software Engineering. My career is quite struggling in Job. Sometimes , I feel I should go for M-Tech for better opportunities . Then , later I think Already I am struggling and quite a aged Person . So, Is M-Tech good for Me and There are entrance test for few private reputed Engineer M-Tech colleges starting during April and completes by June,2017 . So, Is there any chances I can crack those Exmas ? I am not appearing for Gate , as I don’t find myself suitable for biggest colleges like IIT or IIIT.
2. Why I am so Introvert specially with Girls ? Its effecting my professional and personal Life ?

3. Why I am so tensed(nervousness) and have a stage fear , I mean I can not present myself in front of many persons or in conference room? Like m head goes blank and low confidence takes over me .
