Your 7th cusp (marriage) sub lord is Mercury. Mercury is in 7th house. Mercury is in own star and signifying 7th house through Jupiter. So you are destined to marry. There is no avayoga in your chart.

In your chart there is a minus point. 1st (self), 3rd (negotiations from your side) and 9th (negotiations from other side) sub lord Saturn is in the star of Moon, who is in 9th house, and Moon is signifying Mercury in 7th house. So there would be undue delays in negotiations. There would be postponements and delays from your side. You might have fallen in love in the period 2009 to 2012. I recently responded to a similar query (by another individual) on this portal/platform. In your case, Ascendent or Udaya Lagna seems to be placed in the Zodiac sign of Capricorn or Makara Rashi (as per the birth-chart I have cast), with Lagna Lord being Vakra/Retrograde and placed right behind.

Moon/Chandra is placed in the Zodiac sign of Libra or Tula Rashi, Venus/Shukra is placed in the Zodiac sign of Leo or Simha Rashi alongside Mars/Kuja.

So, Mars/Kuja is placed in the 7th Bhava / 8th house from Ascendent or Udaya Lagna, 11th Bhava / 11th house from Moon/Chandra and closely conjunct Venus/Shukra. Placement of Mars/Kuja in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th and 12H from Udaya Lagna, Moon/Chandra and some folk consider Venus/Shukra, to qualify a birth-chart as being Mangalik.

In my humble opinion, the so called cancellations and exceptions do not exist. As one of my other learned friend (who has a Uccha or exalted Mars/Kuja and a powerfully strong Ruchaka Maha-Purusha Yoga always says and I quote, “If a Uccha or exalted Yogakaraka Mars/Kuja does not spare a native, then it is safe to assume he does not spare others”.
