Dear astrologers, hello!

I’m asking for help analyzing an unusual Moon position.

My data: November 24, 1989, 11:25:00 PM, Kerch, Crimea (coordinates 45.21, 36.28), time zone +3.
I’m very puzzled by one technical and interpretative issue: in my main chart (D1), my Moon is at 29° Virgo (2nd house). When studying my divisional charts, I noticed that this degree (29°) remains constant in all vargas from D1 to D27.
In this regard, I have two questions:
1. Technical/interpretive: How should this Moon be interpreted? Should it be considered a full-fledged Virgo, or is it already exhibiting Libra qualities, being right on the cusp?
2. Prognostic: How does this borderline Moon position (as ruler of the 12th house in my case) affect the issue of childbearing? I’m very concerned about whether I’ll have another child and when I can expect it, period-wise.
