Hello ,
My birthday is 31 august 1982. I was born in ahmedabad , gujarat india at 9:18 am. I am working in USA since 2014. I am thinking to purchase my first investment property in USA. I would like to purchase property( fixer upper where there is some work require and rent it out ) to rent.. I am also thinking to purchase property via auction. Could you please Guide me if it advisable to do in based on astrology chart. I am thinking to jump in real estate investment slowly.

I was trying to buy my first house since 2021 and recently purchased in dec 2025(to live as primary house ). its fixer upper but i did title search and got idea about expense via taking contractor and physical inspecting property. It took me lot time for my first property since 2021 to dec 2025. now I am settled and looking to jump in investment. i will take it slow and make progress. thank you very much for insight.
