Though Saturn is a yogakaraka planet for you, he is sitting in an enemy’s house with the 8th lord Jupiter. He also occupies the 8th house from natal lagna in your Navamsa. He is also the Badhaka for your chart.

As such, I feel there is no need for you to wear the Blue Sapphire. But in general, Blue Sapphire can be worn with Silver if the Moon is also good in the chart. In your case, it is OK to wear the Blue Sapphire with Silver if you wish to.

Saturn is the lord of 10th house (profession) in 4th house (home, status quo). Saturn is signifying his star lord Sun in 2nd house (finance) and sub lord Mercury in 2nd house (finance). Saturn is conjoined with Jupiter who is lord of 8th house (unprecedented events) and 11th house (success, fulfilment of desires).

So Saturn has to give good result. Even if you do not wear any stone, there is nothing harm to you. I advise you there is no need to wear a stone. If you want to wear a stone, go for testing whether it suits to you or not, by wearing blue coloured dress and watch for 19 weeks.  If it does not harm you, then try for a pure stone. It is your look out.
