nadi dosha generally refers to the matters relating to health. If both are same nadi, it means both are susceptible to similar illnesses. This is mostly the reason why this dosha should be avoided.
Many persons do marry inspite of this dosha if other factors match. More so, in cases where the marriage is due to true love, it is better not to match charts at all since the bonding is at the soul level.
