Hello Sir
Im working in the same job from last 10 years. Im very hardworking and get many appreciations at work. But still has not been getting promotion from last 6-7 yrs. Also i have been working on the same package with no raise. I have not been able to change job also due to family circumstances.
Its very frustrating and now i have started getting depressed thinking about it.
Can you please suggest me a pooja or gemstone or any daan i could do to achieve my expectations and feel motivated again.

Unemployment is on the rise due to demonetisation and people do not have money on hand. Even organisations are feeling the crunch. Doing any form of bribery to God is futile. You can wait till the elections and let us see what happens next in the country.
