My child is speech delayed and minimally verbal. He was all fine until 3 years and we found no noticeable issue in him. He started regressing after that.
He has been diagnosed as speech delayed and awaiting Autism Assessment. We have been seeing improvements, however, he is very behind his age in speech and academics.
When will he start speaking fluently?
What is causing problem in speech?
We are very confused whether he should go to mainstream school or send him to a specialist school.
We are currently in UK.
We are planning to relocate to India for sometime to provide him intensive therapies. Will this change in location be good for him?
Should we stay in a country closer to his place of birth or residing in India be good for him?
There are different ways to treat this and bring it closer to normal life. What kind of treatment will be more suited to him as per astrological terms.

In the rasi chart, the 2nd sign is occupied by Jupiter, Sun and Venus while the 3rd sign has Mercury in it. Jupiter and Venus are both in the nakshatra of Rahu while Sun is in the nakshatra of Jupiter. Rahu occupies the rogamsa (from natal lagna) in Navamsa while Jupiter is the 6th cuspal lord. Thus all planets are associated with rogasthana. Mercury is in the nakshatra of Saturn who is the roga lord.
In the bhava chart, Mercury occupies the 2nd bhava and Saturn the third Bhava.
In both Rasi and Navamsa charts, the 2nd and 3rd houses are afflicted leading to speech problems.
The current dasa is of Saturn and the antardasa is of Ketu. Saturn occupies the 8th house in Drekkana and the 6th house of Trimsamsa. It occupies its debilitation house in Navamsa (ashtamsa w.r.t natal lagna) and also in Shastamsa.
As such, recovery can be slow. Regular Jalabhisheka to Lord Shiva (specially on Mondays) with Sankalpa for relief from the speech problems can help.

Request you to kindly bear with me and feel free to ignore any part of my post (or the entire post) if it is not to your taste or liking… for in my humble opinion, there are hints or indications for the child to be in the Autistic Spectrum – although it might perhaps be a borderline case. I neither hope nor wish my understanding to be right… in fact, I’d rather I’m wrong. Please do get a complete assessment/evaluation done, at the earliest – if not done already.
In any case, I’m skeptical of significant relief anytime soon… you see the child is in the midst of a nasty Roga-Karaka Saturn/Shani-dev Maha-Dasha (which started in the fag end of 2019 and will last until fag end of 2038), followed by that of Lagna (& 10th) Lord Mercury/Budha… who will continue to keep Saturn/Shani-dev active by virtue of being posited in the Lunar Constellation of Anuradha Nakshatra. On the sidelines, Mercury/Budha also activates Rahu, by virtue of hosting the Dhanava Senadipathi in the Lunar Constellation of Ashlesha Nakshatra – not to mention his aspect. Mercury/Budha also participates in Rashi Parivarthana with Mars/Kuja (who is not a benefic)…so, all the malefics will be active.
On the sidelines, Mars/Kuja being placed alongside Udaya Lagna, mutual aspect with Saturn/Shani-dev or being aspected by Ketu are not really good signs. So, the suggestion is not to have too high an expectation and setting yourself to feel/get disappointed. In any case, it might not be a bad idea to consider propitiating Saturn/Shani-dev and offering special prayers to Shri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy.

Mercury/Budha is strongly placed in the 3rd house of Communication. In my humble opinion, the problem or issue is elsewhere, other than Mercury/Budha being posited in the Lunar Constellation of Saturn/Shani-dev who co-rules the 6th house of Roga-Sthana, along with Rahu and making the primary contributors to the stated situation.
In any case, offering special prayers to Shri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy… is essentially seeking divine grace/blessing for relief from Saturn/Shani-dev (and perhaps Rahu as well), Mercury/Budha and Venus/Shukra.
