My marriage broke down 2 years ago and since then I have been caught in a bitter divorce and child custody legal battle. My ex-wife is making false allegations. The case is draining me financially and emotionally. I just want peace and closure. When will this divorce case finally conclude and I get my freedom? Will I remarry and find happiness again in the future?

Looking at your birth chart, we see that lagna is Aquarius and Rahu is in the lagna. Ketu is in the 7th house of marriage. Venus is in balawasta as it is less than 5 degrees and combust as it is in close conjunction to the Sun. When a planet is combust, it looses it power to give positive results. Sun rules the 7th house of marriage and Sun is less than 1 degree. Your horoscope is weak on the marriage front. The period till September 2026 is challenging; thereafter, you can expect some relief on this front.

Ideally, it would make sense to study birth-charts of both husband and wife on such matters. On my part, I’ve cast your birth-chart and made a few observations. Please check a few notes (see below), that are relevant to your query:
1. Udaya Lagna is placed in the Zodiac sign of Aquarius or Kumbha Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Satabisha Nakshatra ruled by Rahu. Incidentally, Rahu is posited right there and is the co-lords Udaya Lagna.
2. Moon/Chandra seems to be strongly placed in his Swasthana in the Zodiac sign of Cancer or Karkataka Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Pushya Nakshatra, ruled by Saturn/Shani-dev… who co-lords Udaya Lagna. He does not seem to have much support on either side of flanks, making your mind wander with a lot of imagination. He has also made you a bit of a stubborn person, who has a mind of his own (very rarely seeks help and guidance… and seldom heeds to wiser counsel). He has also made you a bit of a loner with very few friends and very limited social life. For the records, he is a nasty Roga-Karaka and has inducing and making you think a little differently.
3. Current Maha-Dasha is that of Badha-karaka (who is also a Yoga-Karaka) Venus/Shukra. He is placed in he Zodiac sign of Aries or Mesha Rashi and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ashwini Nakshatra ruled by Ketu who seems to have a strong foot-print and undeniable influence in the unfolding of Karma, while inducing some sense of detachment. Apart from that, Mars/Kuja, Jupiter/Guru-dev and Saturn/Shani-dev have been activated. For the records, Jupiter/Guru-dev and Saturn/Shani-dev have below par Vimsopaka Bala in Dasha-Varga.
4. The couple of years Saturn/Shani-dev’s transit across the 8th house from natal placement of Moon/Chandra or Ashtama-Shani would have induced some domestic discord for sure… but that effect has well past.
5. Sun/Ravi, the 7th lord of Kalathra-Sthana is placed very close to deep Gandanta degrees, after having barely crossed over to his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation.All said and done, it would make sense for you to share relevant details of the discord and provide some insights of the background to set the context.

Respected Astrologers, thank you all for sharing your opinions. Although I can understand that giving my ex wife’s birth chart may provide deeper clarity on our issue, however I don’t have her birth time. She was born on 3 May 1991, place is Derabassi, Punjab. Ours was a love marriage, however things did not work between us after marriage, as she was expecting too much from our relationship, which lead to small issues initially, but gradually build into frequent quarrels. Can you please tell me, does my horoscope show, prolonged litigation or is this matter likely to get resolved soon. When can I expect closer of this legal case and get some mental peace. Is there any possibility of remarriage in my chart and can you tell me which year it could me.

Your lagna is in Aquarius and Moon sign is Cancer. Moon is in the star of Saturn Pushya. That is minus point. It gives you prolonged effects in your life. What all you take, you can not finish without frustration. Moon moves very fast and Saturn hinders the movement. So you will get frustration. Your lagna is an airy sign and Moon sign is a watery sign, you are very imaginative and sensitive also.
Your 7th cusp sub lord Moon in in 5th house, but its sub lord Saturn is connected to 11th house Sagittarius which is a dual sign. Saturn is connected to Sun, Venus and Mercury. Mercury is the 5th house and 8th house lord. So it is the reason for a chance of 2nd marriage. I hope it won’t happen. In case it happens, it may be in Mars bhukti or Rahu bhukti. You may go to a far off place or abroad in this Rahu bhukti.
At present you are running Venus dasa Moon bhukti upto 8th-July-2026. In Moon bhukti ending there would be some compromise. In Mars bhukti which is from 8th July 2026 to 7-09-2027 your case will be closed in the favour of your wife.
