Pitru Dosha is supposedly associated with karmic debt of one’s ancestors, involving their past misdeeds, an indication of unsettled souls, or wrong actions in their lives. Please consider a quick/simple Google search, to get a better understanding of Pitru Dosha. In my understanding, this will affect multiple aspects of the native’s life – including marriage/children, quality of and success in life, career growth/progression, accomplishments etc. So, you would be better off addressing the same with appropriate Vedic/Dharmic remedial measures, on priority basis.

In general association of Rahu with Sun/Ravi, the 9th lord/house etc., is considered to be an indication of Pitru Dosha. There are different schools of thought on this, as with other topics. In your case, the loose conjunction of 9th lord Moon/Chandra and close conjunction of Jupiter/Guru-dev (the 9th lord of Kaala Purusha’s chart) with Rahu calls for validation of the said Dosha… although a conclusive indication would have been an association of Sun/Ravi with Rahu.
