Is there potential growth of success in my education this year, in reference to my college admission linked to my 12th board result.

What are you doing to get admissions for higher studies. Like have you written NEET or JEE etc. Your question is vague and if you cannot express what you want in good English or Hindi, higher education will be just a dream.

Sir I am preparing for studying abroad for engineering
In due course of time I will be writing Sat 1 and IELTS.
However what concerns is my is 12th result.

Will I be able to get into good universities, i.e have a good higher education scope?

Astrology cannot find out whether you will pass in 12th standard or not. It depends on how good you write that examination after adequate studies and preparation. Your Mars is fairly powerful in horoscope and you could do well in the Defence forces, Electrical engineering jobs or a surgeon.
