You have to follow veganism method for 4months.
Veganism means avoiding animal products.
You have to avoid milk products, nonveg,fish and eggs for 2years.
Milk products means milk,curd,buttermilk,tea,coffee,icecreams,
ghee.
Purity of soul is possible when you stop dry fruits, sweets, smoking and alcohols.

Daily,the patient has to eat 200 gms of uncooked
vegetables.Or the patient can cut 200 gms of uncooked vegetables
into small pieces and add 80ml of water and put them in mixie and
make it a smoothy and drink it unfiltered in the early morning on
empty stomach.
